There's nothing quite like the 4th of July in Taylor.....Our dear Lenn Shumway directing the band.  They sound great - they get together once a year - start playing at 5 a.m. in the morning and accompany the group firing the anvil to wake up the town.  Quite often we hear the loud booms here at home.  Couldn't see Uncle Roy - he plays the tuba.
