Trinley is 3 years old today....What a little dolly!!!

Stormy Arizona Evening

Last Thursday, we had to take a load of cabinets to Pine. While Grandpa was loading them into the trailer, I got to taking some photos of the old rock house on the highway. I sure wish Margie would fix this up and open her store...she was going to carry white bread and Pepsi...sounds good to me!!

Hot summer night ---

Summer Casserole:

Saute in olive oil w/house seasoning:

4 chicken boneless/skinless thighs (cubed)

small onion - diced

4-5 cups cubed zucchini or summer squash

Remove from heat & add:

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 c. sour cream

Layer half of this mixture in casserole dish

Top with stove top stuffing (dry crumbs) &

white cheese.

Layer next half of mixture with crumbs and cheese

Bake for 30 minutes at 350'(uncovered)

(House Seasoning - Paula Deen = 1 c. salt, 1/4 c. pepper, 1/4 c. garlic powder)
