It's ROCKEY again....
This is the Home Depot parking lot...There aren't very many parking places left because of the mountains of snow....We got some carpet pad for downstairs. It will be so nice to have things in order again.

Guess who came to visit the backyard this afternoon....yep - it's "Rockey"--hopped up on the fence, fluffed up in the sun for a few minutes - jumped down into the yard and went up into the flower beds. What a character!

Silver Creek and Grandpa's little water feature in the yard.
Going over Lone Pine Dam. About 4:15 p.m.
Show Low @ Hatch Motor Co. about 4:00 p.m.
About 7:20 this morning...we'll update in a while...
Cam, Ali, Reese and Mylee with Grandpa. We had such a wonderful weekend with our "Utah Kids." We went out to dinner for Ali's birthday and had pizza the next day and watched a movie. Mylee and Reese shared their room with us...(but actually, it was Mike who slept on the sofa....thanks Mike!!) Carrie made the best bran muffins...we hadn't had any of these for ages!!!
Mylee and Reese...Cam was doing a good deed by taking a flower that had fallen out of a bridal bouquet to the bride.
Cam, Mylee, and Reese in front of the Mt. Timpanogos Temple....burrrrr it was cold.
This is the program from Grandpa's Mission President's Funeral Service that we attended while in Utah. It was a very nice occassion. Sister Stucki was very sweet with "her" missionaries. She invited them to come in with the family for the prayer and then wanted them to enter the chapel before the family and sit in the choir seats. They all sang the Mission Song that President Stucki had written the lyrics for. The first verse was sung to the tune of "Stout Hearted Men" and the second verse to "The Sound of Music." Each and every one of the speakers mentioned the men seated in the choir seats for one thing or another. There was a place in the chapel reserved for the wives of the missionaries and we got to visiting about how special it was that there was still such a strong connection between the family and the men who had served with them in the Mission Field. President Stucki was a very dynamic man and Sister Stucki is a treasure...They were very young and ambitious in the Mission Field. (Pres. was only 41 years old when called as the President of the Northwestern States Mission. - The name was changed to the Oregon Mission during his service.) Grandpa sometimes says that he was called to a mission that didn't exist by a Prophet who had died. A memorable experience! (click on the picture to enlarge)

This is what the downstairs looks like after moving beds out to the family room, pulling up carpet, laying it on top of buckets, and putting in fans to dry out...It's been so cold that the drain to the washer froze up....thus, water damage..I'm so HAPPY!!!! NOT!!!

Happy Birthday, Princess Talya...A new dress!!!

The "boys"...not terribly enthused about the party...but, being good sports..(didn't have much luck hunting this day)
Happy Birthday, Talya!!! We had such a good time making the cake---blowing out the candles---eating the cake...everything was pink!

This is the water fall at the Snowflake Temple. It's been very cold...Beautiful in it's own way, though. When we finish our "shift" on Saturday mornings it's about noon and still very chilly.
New Christmas Dresses!
Grandpa with Jade, Ella, and Naia...trying to wake up.
Naia says, "Grandma, I'm taking your picture for the blog..." (Grandma really doesn't like to have her picture taken or have it published on the blog..but, here you go, Naia.)
Some photos of the "mice" ornaments that Naia took.
