Beautiful deer...on the back road..Two of them had pretty good sets of horns.
The first photo we took was of them with their heads down eating...but, boy when that flash went off, they really picked up their heads and we snapped another photo.
Cutest little cupcake ready for her preschool party.
A very tired little Minnie Mouse.
Jade, Naia, Haylee in front, Ellie, Ella and Cousin.  Their neighborhood was quite a place!!  Hundreds of trick or treaters dressed up and enjoying a beautiful evening of fun.  The weather was perfect!  I remember when the girls were little, they were always bundled up so much against the cold they could hardly walk...fun times..
Dave's jack 'o lanterns...tons of work.  Jared's was a snowman...(drilled holes in the pumpkins with little Christmas lights poking through..)

There's something about the fall garden that is really quite lovely....
Before:
The geraniums that didn't get a nip of frost.

opps - this one is kind of blurry--but, the rose is so pretty.
Quite often these don't even bloom because we will get an early frost....this year, I didn't think they had a chance of blooming because of the hail storm.  It really beat them up just as they were starting to bud-so, I'm really happy about this....I'll probably cut the blooms and bring them in the house Wednesday--it's supposed to get really cold that night.

Moments after I had finished "mowing" the leaves...oh, well---just like dishes and laundry.....(you know what I mean.)

Playing hide 'n seek behind the ghost....I saw one this morning that couldn't have been an inch long...so tiny....O.K. so do lizzards "hatch" or are they "born"? (Just wondering....I think I'll ask Cam to look that up for me..)

Jacob and Lauren were married this afternoon!!!  They were a very calm couple...to be sure...they are going to live in Aunties home while she is in CA. so we are looking forward to having them as neighbors.

 Isn't this a pretty cake...very simple and very elegant..and Lauren's flowers...I just love pink...can't get over it...

Now, just what are the Grandparents up to???
The happy couple and their parents.  It's hard for me to believe that my "baby" brother now has two married children.  I can vividly remember Clark going off to Primary wearing his Wellington boots and his favorite red shirt...he was such a cute little boy and I suppose we could have been accused of spoiling him...I think I was about 8 when he was born and Aunt Lorraine was probably 6 and we just figured he was a great addition to our play house.
P.S.   Grandpa and I were called to serve as Assistant Coordinators for our Saturday shift at the Temple  today by President Tenney.

Did this little guy just turn his head to look at me when I took his picture?  We have a bunch of these "bug catchers" running around this fall.  This one wanted to play inside...I almost stepped on him going to answer the phone.  I scooped him up in the dust pan and took him back outside.  He'll be happier out there, I'm sure.

I found these in the 1/2 barrels in the flower garden.....We have to get some more seed for these purple potatoes.....they are really delicious.  (I put the butter there to compare size...)
YUM!!

First fire in the pellet stove was on Thursday, the 6th....Looks pretty!

Big T - #33 played the entire game--both offense and defense.  Had some good runs and some very good tackles.  Aunt Nat just thinks the "hands on hips" are great!!  (Oh, and, our team won-yea!!!)

We do LOVE Krispy Kreme donuts...with fruit, milk, muffins - great breakfast at the game.

So fun!!!!

So fun to have the Hansens come for a couple of days.  It was cold and rainy---but, I think they had a good time...A few rides on the "4-leelers" with Papa some puzzles and some reading.

 Ella with the kitty puzzle..
Jade with the Harry Potter book...(this is a THICK book.)
 More puzzles...

Golden puppies...Ginger has been gone for many, many years...but, we still miss her.  On these rainy days she was known to plow through the screen door to get it...didn't like loud noises, thunder or rain.
 Jade, Naia and Ella...
Thanks for coming dollies....

We've had a lovely Conference Weekend!  Great and timely messages from our Leaders and great company to be enjoyed!
This "bad boy" has been hanging around lately.  (You might have to click on the photo to enlarge...I zoomed as far as I could..)  Grandpa says we may need to be worried about the doves...I hope not...

The little dolls having a snack between sessions of Conference.

Natalie's hard work ....sure helps the year's supply - chicken.  Good job, sis!!  (Nellie was able to get us chicken "tenders" this time - so easy to just fill the jars and pressure...don't even have to cut them up....)
 The ProGram....Thanks, Ellie...good job!!
