JULY FUN!!!!!
Jade's birthday dinner was "Panda" (and was it ever good!)
The little girls have picked up this "Fawncy Nawncy" expression that is so cute...we laughed and laughed at them...and some of us copied them, which they thought was incredibly funny....
It was way too hot in Mesa to heat up the oven for a cake - but, Jade was more inclined to ask for ice cream sandwiches anyway.....just right for the 113' day-time temps....
I'm fairly certain that this is the reason we have only had about 6 strawberries this year....all the green ones would just disappear....hhhuuuummmmmmm.....

Waiting for the Pioneer Day Parade to start.  (We were scheduled to work at the Temple that day, but were able to ask our good friends, the Tylers,  to sub for us so that we could enjoy the day with our family.  We understand that there was great activity in the Temple that day with over 6,000 ordinances being performed.  The Show Low Stake Youth had a goal to do 1847 baptisms  that day in honor of the Pioneers...they exceeded that goal by far.  The rest of the Temple was very busy too, with so many families that gather at this time of year...)
Tarrik spent the previous two weeks  helping Grandpa Workman at football camp in Show Low---he was pretty tired and took just a moment to nap in the back of Aunt Nat and Uncle Jared's car.
Tucker arrived from football camp in Joseph City just in time for the parade...We were giving Uncle Ty a bad time because he told us that he had set the chairs up the night before across from the Gym......(NOT),  They were down about a block across from the Old Academy Building....heeee heeee
 Ella's treasure trove of candy...
"Tangled" was the favorite of the little girls.....
 Talya with her stash....
I'm not really sure that I can ever trust this guy to paint for us again....who knew????  He's been our painter for years and we've never seen this side of him before....(I think it had something to do with a "class reunion????"
The "muddy boys"   - and some girls this year, too...
 Sharing treats with Tucker.
The garbage can that got away.....just about scared Ellie speechless......
 Great Old Tractors.....
 The "Trash Train"....
 Beautiful horse drawn fire brigade...
I've giggled about this photo over and over....the little girls checking out each others candy stash....
Uncle Roy playing the silver tuba....the band sounded great!!!
And......here comes the fire truck...spraying water and cooling the spectators down a bit....
You'd have to be in the car with windows rolled up to avoid getting sprayed down...
Swimming fun at the family reunion at Aunt Janet's

Trampoline fun for Tyanne and Haylee...
Jade and some of her crafts....
This young man had a very special Sunday.  He was ordained to the Aaronic Priesthood, the office of a Deacon in a beautiful blessing given by his father....Proud of you "Mister Man".  We made arrangements with Tarrik's Bishop and our Bishop to do this in our building since the Workman's were all up here for football camp and the Neff's were having a reunion....wonderful day.  (I wish I had taken the photos before they changed their clothes...they looked very handsome all dressed up - but, everyone was hungry and we needed to get dinner on and some folks on the road headed towards their homes...by the way---Tucker drove Grandma and Grandpa to meetings that day....and did a good job....thanks, Tucker..)
The brothers - Tarrik and Tucker....
 Tarrik and Dad...
 Tarrik and Mom...
