Aren't these interesting potatoes...this is our first harvest of the year.  We thought that these were red potatoes when we planted them...but, they are purple.  They look a little rough because the skin came off so easily when I washed them...They were absolutely delicious for Sunday Dinner!  Here's hoping there are a bunch more of these little beauties in the planters!!!!
