These are the funny little squash that have grown on the plant we picked up at Basha's a couple of months ago.  The tag said it was a yellow "patty pan" squash, but these don't look at all like what I thought they would.  

 This one looks more like it may turn into the shape we thought they would be.  We cooked 'em up for Sunday dinner with some fresh potatoes, green beans, onion and a little bacon.  They are very mild tasting - in fact maybe no flavor at all.   hummmm...

 Been cleaning out cupboards and drawers this week and came across these photos of Tarrik when he was little wearing Grandma's glasses - upside down.  fun times...seems like yesterday....
