Here are those Golden Hubbard Squash I talked about earlier....Cut in half - bake at 350* for 45 minutes and - wall-a...Grandpa said it makes the best "pumpkin" pie ever...Hope we can find the seeds again next year! (Note to self - must have Grandpa use the axe to cut these!! Cut the other one in half myself....not pretty...took 30-45 minutes, ruined an electric knife..hard..hard...)
