The Senate Chambers at the State Capitol Building.  Grandpa and Ellie sitting in the "Wishing Chair" that was carved from a tree that the State Charter was hidden in during a time of unrest in the early State Government.  They call it the wishing chair because a Lt. Governor sat in that chair and wished that he could be Governor of the State...and low and behold - the Governor died and he did become the Governor  -  thus "we be wishing"....but only for good things!!!
